Grab your favorite reading buddy and join us for an afternoon filled with books, cozy vibes, self-care, and community at our Self Care Book Fair: Meet Me at the Book Nook.

Whether you're hunting for your next favorite read, discovering local makers, or simply looking for a fun way to spend your Sunday, this is your invitation to slow down, connect, and enjoy the little things.

Browse local authors, bookish vendors, and self-care businesses, sip something delicious, snack on a beautiful charcuterie spread, and spend time with a community that loves stories as much as you do.

And yes, we have free parking!

📚 Community Book Swap

Bring a gently loved book you've already enjoyed and add it to our community bookshelf. Fill out a quick review card to help its next reader decide if it's their perfect match, then discover a new story recommended by someone in the community.

☕ Grounded Mobile Coffee Pop-Up

Every ticket includes a complimentary drink from Grounded Mobile Coffee. Choose from espresso drinks, smoothies, refreshers, and more. VIP guests receive two complimentary drinks.

General Admission – $25

General Admission guests will select an entry time when purchasing their ticket. Once you arrive, you're welcome to stay and enjoy the event for as long as you'd like, but entry is only available during your selected time slot.

Gluten-free options will be available, and vegetarian and vegan options can be provided upon request.

VIP Admission – $55

VIP tickets include everything in General Admission, plus:

• Flexible entry anytime between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM

The Moderne Loft is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. Please note that there is currently no elevator access.

Due to the planning and preparation that goes into each event, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
