Our Mission

Full Hearts is a mental health centered non-profit, created to serve our immediate community in the Kansas City Metro Area with the intention to grow throughout the midwest with care that is authentic, abundant and community-led. We believe sustainable healing happens when support is local, accessible, and deeply human.

Our Values

Full Hearts is built on three guiding values: community, authenticity, and abundance. We believe that when people feel safe to be their true selves and are surrounded by a supportive community, incredible things can grow. By leading with openness and generosity, we create spaces where everyone has the opportunity to flourish.

Our Board

Our board is made up of passionate individuals who believe deeply in the mission of Full Hearts. Each member brings their own experiences, perspectives, and heart for the community, helping guide our work with care, intention, and a shared desire to make a meaningful impact.

Full Hearts, Indiana Initiative

On March 10th, a devastating tornado tore through communities in Indiana where our very own board member, friend, and partner Java & Jesus is located. Families lost homes, loved ones, and the sense of peace that makes a community feel safe.

When our community needed support in November after food stamp cuts, they showed up for us without hesitation. Now it’s our turn to show up for them. Even in the middle of this crisis, she continues to do her part to feed her community through Abundance Nights, while also doing everything she can to support those affected by the storm.

While Full Hearts is still getting up and running, we can’t stand by while people need help right now. You can donate through the Venmo link below, purchase needed items from the Amazon wishlist, or simply share so more eyes are on Indiana.

Every act of kindness helps bring hope back to a community that needs it. 💛
