With exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings, curated décor, and a bright, modern feel, the space is beautiful on its own while still giving you room to make it your own. Whether you're celebrating a baby shower, birthday, workshop, community gathering, or special milestone, we created this space to help bring people together and make meaningful memories with the people who matter most. 💛

Pricing

Simple pricing with no hidden fees:


+ Mon-Thurs rental | $150/hour | No minimum
+ Fri-Sun rental | $175/hour | 4 hour minimum

Special Pricing for Baby Showers:

+ Mon-Thurs rental | $125/hr | No minimum

+ Fri-Sun rental | $150/hr | 4 hour minimum

Your access to the space begins at the agreed upon start time. Any time needed for setup and tear down should be included and accounted for when booking your event hours.

There is a 10% discount if you decide to pay in full upon booking.

    $10 per Person

    (25 person minimum)

    A beautiful flat-lay grazing spread styled directly on butcher paper, featuring fresh fruits and vegetables, a variety of meats and cheeses, local honey, and plenty of delicious accompaniments to round out the table.

    We take care of all the little details so your grazing table is ready to enjoy when your guests arrive. Every grazing table includes full setup and styling, serving utensils, and gluten-free options to help make your spread welcoming and easy for everyone to enjoy.

The best event space in KC! Mariah was so accommodating and amazing to work with! She is so sweet and answered any questions I had leading up to the day I rented the space and was willing to do anything I needed the day we had Moderne Loft. She is an amazing host and I definitely recommend her to anyone needed a space!

Excellent customer service, and excellent experience! The owner is amazing, and I was pleasently surprised we were able to use any decor that was in the storage area for no extra charge. Most venues charge extra for use of their decorations so this was an added bonus! Overall exceptional experience!
