🌿 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your experience with Mental Health In A Box Co. That’s why we offer our Love It Guarantee on most products. Please read the full policy below for all the details on returns, refunds, exchanges, and event tickets.
💌 Love It Guarantee
If you don’t 100% love your box, just send us a message through social media or email at mariah@mentalhealthinaboxco.com. We’ll either replace your box free of charge or send you a prepaid return label for a full refund.
If your box arrives damaged, please send photos and let us know if anything was salvageable. Depending on the situation, we’ll either replace the damaged item(s) or the entire box.
📦 Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. The return shipping address will be provided by email.
Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods like snacks or flowers, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids, gift cards, downloadable digital products, and select personal care items.
🔁 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if the item is damaged, not in its original condition, or missing parts not due to our error. We may also issue a partial refund if the return is received more than 30 days after delivery.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank or credit card account, then contact your card company or bank. Refunds can take time to appear. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at mentalhealthinabox@outlook.com.
🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll refund the gift giver directly.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us first. We’ll give you return instructions through email.
🚚 Shipping
If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Please don’t ship anything back without contacting us first to get the correct return address.
🗓️ Event Tickets
All event ticket sales are final. If something comes up and you can’t attend, please reach out directly to Mariah.
While refunds aren’t guaranteed, we’re happy to move your ticket to a future Self Care Day if space allows. We’ll always do our best to help you still enjoy your self-care experience.
