Shipping

How long does it take for my order to be packed & shipped?

I strive to get out your orders as fast as possible, however I am still human. Our processing window is 3-5 business days. We often get orders out faster than this timeframe, but during peak seasons it can take longer to process orders.

Where do you ship to?

Everywhere! U.S., Canada, & International

How long does shipping take?

Unfortunately, once your box is dropped off at the carrier we have no control of their delivery speed. However, on average it takes less than a week to arrive at your door.

How do I track my order?

Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will allow you to track your order.

Returns

How do I return an item?

If you are not 100% happy with your box please reach out to us via our contact page. We will provide you with a return label and once we receive your box we will provide either a full or partial refund, or send you a brand new box.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive the returned box your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once your refund is sent we are not responsible for how long your financial institution or credit card company takes to process your refund.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Of course! If you are not 100% happy with your box please reach out to us via our contact page. We will provide you with a shipping label and once we receive the box with all items unused, we will send out the new box to you.

How do you give back to your community?

Throughout the year we donate to various organizations including Harmony House, local Kansas City homeless shelters, The Jed Foundation, KCK Animal Shelter, and many others. If you are looking for donations, please contact Mariah directly by email.

Where do you source the items in your boxes from?

We are proud to work exclusively with small & local businesses to fill our self care boxes.

Where do you host your self care retreats & events?

All of our retreats and events are held at The Moderne Loft, located in the Crossroads. Looking to rent out the loft? Inquire here.

Self Care Retreats & Events

Is there an age minimum to attend retreats or events?

While there is no age minimum per say, we do ask that you reach out to Mariah directly to ensure that the specific event will be appropriate for their age. Click here to contact Mariah directly.

Is there a dress code for events?

All of our events are focused on making you feel comfortable and welcome. Please dress in whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable.

Is there dedicated parking for events?

There is parking in the back of our building that is first come first serve. The only spots that can never be parked in, are the ones marked ESCAPIST. There is always street parking that guests are welcome to utilize.
