This month’s Self Care Days are inspired by slowing down, letting yourself exhale, and finding little moments of peace in the middle of a busy summer. Paradise & Peace is all about creating space for yourself to relax, create, connect, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you walked in. 🌺

We’re transforming the loft into a peaceful tropical-inspired escape filled with meaningful self care activities, community moments, and intentional rest.

Everyone is welcome.
All ages. All genders. Men, women, and non-binary folks. If you’re human, you belong here. Everyone deserves space to rest and feel cared for.

This month, we will be collecting donations for a local organization in our community.

All ticket purchases are final sale.

• Please note: The event space is located on the second floor and is not wheelchair accessible (no elevator available).
• By purchasing a ticket, you consent to Mental Health In A Box Co taking photos and videos for marketing and social media. Children will never be photographed or filmed. If you would like to opt out, please email mariah@mentalhealthinaboxco.com after purchasing. You will receive a bracelet at check-in indicating no photos or video.
