Our April Self Care Days: Bloom At Your Own Pace Edition are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, nurture what matters, and gently refill your cup — no pressure, no timelines, no expectations.

Everyone is welcome.

• Please note: The event space is located on the second floor and is not wheelchair accessible (no elevator available).
• By purchasing a ticket, you consent to Mental Health In A Box Co taking photos and videos for marketing and social media. Children will never be photographed or filmed. If you would like to opt out, please email mariah@mentalhealthinaboxco.com after purchasing. You will receive a bracelet at check-in indicating no photos or video.
