Tucked away in the Crossroads, The Moderne Loft is a cozy Kansas City micro-venue filled with character, warmth, and charm. With exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings, curated décor, and a bright, modern feel, the space is beautiful on its own while still giving you room to make it your own. Whether you're celebrating a baby shower, birthday, workshop, community gathering, or special milestone, we created this space to help bring people together and make meaningful memories with the people who matter most. 💛

Pricing

Simple pricing with no hidden fees:


+ Mon-Thurs rental | $150/hour | No minimum
+ Fri-Sun rental | $175/hour | 4 hour minimum

Special Pricing for Baby Showers:

+ Mon-Thurs rental | $125/hr | No minimum

+ Fri-Sun rental | $150/hr | 4 hour minimum

Your access to the space begins at the agreed upon start time. Any time needed for setup and tear down should be included and accounted for when booking your event hours.

There is a 10% discount if you decide to pay in full upon booking.

+ No cleaning fee — just take your things and the trash when you go.

+ Unlimited walkthroughs — come see the space as many times as you need.
+ No surprise fees — what you see is what you pay.
